Within what period can I return my order?
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to indicate that you want to return it. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Make sure that the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Keep the shipping receipt until we have processed the return. If these conditions are not met, HollandPadel reserves the right to charge a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase price. How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund of the purchase amount will take up to 14 days after we have received the product in good condition. During the process we will keep you informed by email. After approval, the amount will be refunded to your account.
How do I register my return?
- Online returns portal: You can easily register your return via our online returns portal.
- Manual return: Write "return" on the packing slip and send the package back to us. Let us know by email what you are returning and why.
What are the conditions for returning my order?
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt and return the product within the following 14 days.
- The return costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account. Was a product delivered damaged or broken? Then we will reimburse the return costs. Please contact us for this.
- Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Without a Track & Trace link, we cannot investigate a possible missing package.
How do I return a product?
Option 1 : Return via our online returns portal
Register your return via our returns page. You will receive further instructions by email.
Option 2 : Manual return
To return your product yourself, please follow these steps:
- Create a shipping label, for example via PostNL.
- Select the correct package size.
- Select standard or registered shipping.
- Please fill in our return address.
- Print and stick the shipping label on the package.
- Take the package to a PostNL location.
Once we have received and checked the package, the refund will be processed. You can track the shipment with the Track & Trace code.
What is the return address and what are the costs?
Returns are sent at your own expense. The costs depend on the shipping method and the weight of the package. For damaged or broken products, the return costs are for HollandPadel. In that case, please contact us.
