Return and Withdrawal Policy Holland Padel

Your cooling-off period

At Holland Padel, we want you to choose your racket with confidence. That is why you have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Within this period, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.

The cooling-off period starts on the day you (or someone you have designated) received the product.

Inspecting your product

You may unpack and inspect the racket just as you would in a store: take it out of the cover, hold it, feel the weight and balance and look at the face. That is exactly what the cooling-off period is meant for.

Important: to assess the racket, you do not need to remove the tags and labels, throw away the protective cover or remove the plastic around the grip. We therefore ask you to leave these intact.

How to register a return

Send an email to info@hollandpadel.com with your order number and which product you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this policy. We will then send you the return instructions.

Afterwards, send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The cost and risk of the return shipment are yours. Keep your proof of shipment safe.

Refund

After we receive your return, or as soon as you have shown that you have sent the product back, we will refund you within 14 days. Because we offer free shipping, the cost of the customer's return shipment is not covered by us. You will be refunded the full purchase amount, minus any reduction in value.
