Warranty and complaints

Warranty

At HollandPadel, we make every effort to deliver products in perfect condition. If damage occurs during shipping or the product does not meet expectations, you can claim warranty. In accordance with European law, we are liable for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery. You must report this complaint to us within two months of discovery.

In the event of damage to a padel racket due to use, this is covered by warranty in some situations. If in doubt, please contact us. If you contact us in time, we will provide a suitable solution, such as product replacement.

Complaints

If something has not gone as expected, we would like to hear about it. You can submit your complaint via info@hollandpadel.com. We do our best to resolve the issue.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. This can be done via: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

In addition, from 15 February 2016, it is possible to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you can submit it via the ODR platform for further mediation.
