Warranty

At HollandPadel we do everything we can to deliver products in perfect condition. If damage occurs during shipping or the product does not meet expectations, you can claim warranty. In accordance with European law, we are liable for defects that come to light within two years of delivery. You must report this complaint to us within two months of discovery.

In case of damage to a padel racket due to use, this is covered by the warranty in some situations. If in doubt, please contact us. If you contact us in time, we will provide a suitable solution, such as replacing the product.

Complaints

If something did not go as expected, we would like to hear about it. You can file your complaint via info@hollandpadel.com We will do our best to solve the problem.

If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur . This can be done via: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .

In addition, as of 15 February 2016, it is possible to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform . This platform can be found at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you can submit it via the ODR platform for further mediation.
