Belgium and Germany: €10.00. Scandinavia: €13.50.
We ship only within Europe.

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Netherlands: 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
Belgium and Germany: 2-4 business days.
Scandinavia: 3-5 business days.

No, pickup is not possible. We deliver to your home or a collection point.
How will my order be delivered?

We ship with PostNL and, where necessary, DHL or GLS. If you're not home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors or a collection point. You can track or adjust your delivery using the Track & Trace link.

iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Payments are processed via a secure connection. We do not store credit card information.

Option 2: Manually; write "return" on the packing slip, include it, and send the package back with Track & Trace.

Return costs and shipping risk are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Without Track & Trace, we cannot investigate missing packages.

Yes, there's a two-year statutory warranty under European law. Please report any defects within two months of discovery. Damage from normal use may be covered by the warranty in some cases; we will find a suitable solution.

Round: Large sweet spot and plenty of control, ideal for beginners. Drop: Balance of control and power, all-around. Diamond: Tip-heavy and more power, for attacking and advanced players.

Beginners: usually a round, lightweight racket with a large sweet spot for control and comfort. Advanced players: often a teardrop or diamond shape for more power and precision. These are guidelines. Some pros, like Agustín Tapia, also play with a round shape. Choose what you prefer and what suits your playing style.

Light 330–360 g: Manoeuvrable and comfortable, less strain on the arm; great for beginners. Heavy 360–380 g: More stable and more power; suitable for players with strong technique.

This is the number of carbon fibers per bundle in the blade. 3K: Stiff and direct feel, lots of power and precision, less forgiving. 12K: Balance between power and comfort, all-around. 18K: Softer and more flexible feel, lots of power, requires more technique.

With intensive use, the average lifespan is 8 to 18 months. Recreational players who play about once a week often use a racket for 1 to 2 years.
